Dear Stairway Games Support Team,
I am writing to you because I have encountered a game-breaking bug in Coral Island on PS5 that has completely halted my progress after 130 hours of gameplay.
The Problem:
My wedding with Rafael is scheduled for Fall 4. Unfortunately, this is also Rafael’s birthday. Every time I leave my farmhouse on that morning, the wedding cutscene starts, but the game consistently freezes or crashes during the transition at the end of the sequence.
My Situation:
I am currently recovering from a major surgery and your game has been my main source of comfort and distraction during my recovery. Being unable to continue after such a significant time investment is incredibly disheartening.
What I have already tried (without success):
Reinstalled the game and cleared the PS5 cache / rebuilt the database.
Started the game in offline mode.
Disabled "Typing Effects" and HDR/VRR settings.
Loaded a backup save from Fall 3 (but since the proposal was on Fall 1, the wedding date is already fixed).
Emptied my inventory and changed outfits.
Since the time does not pass inside the house and leaving the house immediately triggers the crash, I am stuck in a "softlock."
Is there a known workaround for this specific birthday/wedding conflict, or is a hotfix planned for the PS5 version soon? I would truly appreciate any help that would allow me to continue my journey in Starlet Town.
