#Why can't I interact with the rock on the 40th floor of the mine?

Hi guys, I'm a new player. I'm have a little trouble with the rock on 40th floor in the first mine. I already clicked it but nothing happened— it just like the same at first. I've tried to restarting the game many times and even reinstalled it twice, but it didn't help. I even tried creating a new character and reached 40th floor again, and it's still happening. Is this a bug or am I missing something?🥹🥲🥲

you need to have the free the giant quest before it frees the giant

if you get to the bottom of the mines before you have that quest, it doesn't do anything

as piper said nothing will happen if you dont have the proper quest. as othing CAN happen until you are at that part of the quest
