since a while now I am not able anymore to consume food. I tried changing the lokation, to restart the game but it doesnt work anymore. I play the game since the alpha and never had that issue before. I play on steam.

Every bit of the information helps the developers out in fixing the issue! Please note that the use of mods or any type of file alteration will result in the developers not being able to assist you!
can you possibly get a video of what's going on? even just a video from your phone?. could you also attach your save file?

I was playing the game today and for some reason it is gone. I didnt had the issue. I had it two or three weeks ago as well. So it ocures to me that It doesnt happen all the time. I play. Maybee its a bug on my end? So sorry for the inconvenience.
If I ever have the big again I will send a video
