DIY expert? Do I need Dlc to finish?

I crafted all the stuff I have unlocked do I have to get the dlc to finish this achievement? I checked the list of craft able and even unlocked the scarecrows..still I can't get this achievement

double chek that you have indeed crafted everything

Just checked again and they all have check marks

Go to the journal - crafting - and sort by uncrafted and send a screenshot
