My Whole PC Freezes and Keep Restarting The Same Day

Hii devs, so I need your help to solve this issue, the faster the much appreciated hehe! Thank you!

1. Title: I've been playing Coral Island for 45+ hours and no crash had ever happened. Just yesterday and the day before, after doing my daily chores on the game, the game suddenly froze and I can't even do anything else including accessing Task Manager so I have to hit my power button to restart the PC. I did this 2-3 times and it keeps freezing but at random times.

**2. Reproduction Steps: ** The crash happens in random times. For example, it can happen when I'm fishing, collecting produces from auto collector, and after putting some items to farming equipments.

3. Repro Rate: The crash occurs every time on the same day on the game but at random times.

4. In-Game Date & Time: Summer 7, Year 2

5. Players & Platform: None, I'm only playing by myself. Platform in on Steam.

6. Game Version: v1.2b-1246

7. Input Mode: Keyboard & Mouse

9. Attachments:

• Image or video of the issue: I tried to record but nothing happened currently, I'll try again later and update here if I get a footage of the crash.
• Crash log file: None, because I can't do anything to my PC after the crash and I can only restart it by hitting the power button.
• Host save file: Attached (I have 2 saved games, both have same name. The one I'm playing and crashing is the date I told you).

Only Steam and Microsoft Edge are running on the background, nothing else.

Could you let us know what GPU you’re using?

If the issue happens again on the same in-game day, could you record it and show the FPS as well? That would really help us investigate.

Also, are you playing as the host or as a guest?

I can record it from my phone but how to show FPS?

No worries, recording from your phone is totally fine! 😊

If you’re not sure how to show FPS on Steam, you can try this:

• Open Steam (top-left corner) → Settings → In-Game
• Make sure Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game is turned on
• Set Show Performance Monitor to Top-Left or Top-Right
• Set Performance Detail Level to show FPS, CPU, GPU, and RAM (Full Details)

That should make the FPS visible in your recording 🙏

Okay yes thanks! Just googled it up as well. Is the recording really necessary? Because I will need to hold my phone by myself while playing though wnd it happens at random times so I don't know when it will happen again.

Perhaps I can give you a video later showing that the crash has happened, it that okay?

The recording isn’t strictly required, but it would really help us understand what’s happening, especially since the crash occurs randomly.

If it’s difficult to record with your phone, you could also try using Steam’s built-in recording feature. You can check how to use it here:

Steam’s recording can help, but if your PC becomes completely unresponsive after the crash, it might not save properly. If possible, you can also try using another recording app or recording with your phone as a backup.
