Hangouts Bugged After 8 Hearts

• Title I have a game file where I'm romancing Pablo and one where I'm romancing Eva and after their 8 heart event, there's no option to hangout, only to hug.
• Reproduction Steps I got both characters to 8 hearts and, on fresh week, having not asked them, tried to ask to go on a hangout. Every time, whether I had hugged them immediately before asking again or not, no hangouts, only hugs.
• Repro Rate Every time
• Game Platform Steam
• Game Version v1.2b-1246
• Input Mode Keyboard/Mouse

Yes, I have given both Eva and Pablo the lockets

Those are different saves even, The one I submitted is Pablo's because its the more recent

I restarted to see if the bug was just with Eva or not

if you check the relationship page you'll see that all hangouts are locked, your next step is to upgrade the house
Check if it's the same with Emma

While this is helpful yes, I would like to point out that the "House at least level 3" is WELL AFTER the unlock for event 9. We knew about the relationship page, but it appears to be a tad bit misleading. This is not really a case of "player didn't notice the relationship page guidance".
