Reproduction Steps: Was attempting to submit items to the Guardian Mural after performing morning routine and grabbing items (Durian Jam) from glass jar. After teleporting to the guardian mural I attempted to submit the requested item from my inventory by Right clicking on the Mural Offering, then clicking on King Tan's requested item list, then attempted to turn in the Durian Jam (exceptional quality) which was highlighted in my inventory while all non-requested items are greyed out. I clicked the item multiple times and it would not do anything. I tried both left and right-clicking on the item but there
Repro Rate: This occurs every time. I closed the game, reopened and played a few days through, then tried and still nothing.
In-Game Date & Time: I am in Year 3 Fall. It happened after I turned in 8 Mangosteen Jams at exceptional quality. It was not the first item I had turned in to the Guardian mural. I have completed Pandazen and Master Slime's requested lists, and some of Lady Lavanna's items. The Mangosteen Jams were the first item I turned in for King Tan. No other qualifying products are allowed to be turned in.
Players & Platform: Myself, solo player
Game Version: V1.2b-1246
Input Mode: Keyboard & Mouse
PC Specs: Specs met. Played since initial version was released. Played on this computer since 2024. Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-14700F, 2100 Mhz, 20 cores, 28 logical processors, 32 GB RAM, Force RTX.

@midnight elm Can you clarify also how many items for offering to King Tan do you have? The altar requires 8 items per category, ex. 8 osmium durian jams. And every altar except for Master Slime accepts items only all at once.

That was not true in my case. It only accepted items one at a time for me. All of the murals accept one item at a time. This is the first time I've encountered this issue. But I'm definitely going to try that next. It's the only item turn in that has given me this issue. There isn't even that little animation for when you click to add something and it gets rejected. The red flash and shake of the item, and sound effect. Nothing indicating that the game recognizes that I have the item or tried to turn it in other than it being highlighted in my inventory.

I don't see where you have any mango or lychee, either, what are you trying to donate?

I think it's not lit up because you have 3, and you need 8

I didn't have that same issue with the other items when I turned those in. Is there a reason why there are different requirements for the different Guardians?

I was able for example to turn in items one by one for all the other guardians.

there shouldn't be. it's been a while since I needed to do a turn in, but you need the whole amount for most things. you can do gems one by one because you can use different ones

if you get the rest of the jams you need, can you let us know if you can donate them?

I have been uploading one by one for all the other items in the Guardian Mural. So this seems to be the only exception? But I will definitely update if that ends up working

In the guardian mural, there are two types of offerings. If the requirement uses a “/” symbol, it means you can submit the items one by one, not all at once like the Dino Print.

For the ones without that symbol, you’ll need to provide all the required items at the same time, like the mango and lychee.

you explained it better than I did 😅 that's what I was trying to say with the gems. if the altar requires X amount of any kind of thing (gem, fossil) you can donate one by one. if the altar wants X of THIS THING it has to be the whole bunch
