Starting out quest

It's probably been answered before but my starting out quest won't let me claim it, will this affect any of the quests?

are you sure your game is up to date?

what platform are you on? using any mods? have you verified game files? tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

im on pc, i'm using mods now but i already had the problem before i started using mods, i just verified them and there doesnt seem to indicate that there were any files missing and i still cant claim the quest, i'll try reinstalling it now

ah i see. unfortunately with the use of mods you wont be able to submit a bug report and im out of ideas sadly

thats okay, i honestly just wanted to know if me being unable to claim the quest would hinder me from continuing the main quests

Could you let us know which mods you’re currently using?

Also, do you remember what you were doing right before the issue happened? For example, after planting your seeds and before harvesting, was there anything specific you did beforehand?

If possible, could you also send us your backup and save files? You can find them by copy-pasting this path into your Windows Explorer:
%localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames

Please compress the SaveGames folder into a ZIP file before sending it over. That would really help us take a closer look 🙏
