Host-only Giant Rafflesia flower desync shows interaction icon but does nothing (multiplayer, after Advanced Altar + Cave cutscene)

Reproduction Steps:
I progressed through "The Final Giant" quest until the Advanced Altar was 100% complete and the Cave of Memories opening cutscene played.
Now, when I stand directly in front of the giant red Rafflesia flower (Savannah entrance near the Lake Temple bridge), the mouse-over interaction icon appears, but neither left-click nor right-click does anything — no teleport into the Savannah, and it does not even open the Goddess blessing menu.
Other players in the same multiplayer session can click the exact same flower and teleport normally.

Repro Rate: Every time (100% consistent for me as host) In-Game Date & Time: Ongoing (happens at any time of day after Advanced Altar completion and Cave of Memories cutscene)
Players & Platform: I am the Host on Steam (PC)
1 guest also on Steam (PC) — they can use the flower without any issue

Game Version: 1.2b-1246 (shown on load screen)Input Mode: Keyboard & MousePC Specs: Tecknet wired mouse
System specs, nvidia gforce 4080, 64gb of ram, i7-13700KF, 3400 Mhz, 16 Cores, 24 Logical Processors, Microsoft Windows 11 Pro

If you guys aren't seeing the problem reproduce and other clients are able to use it maybe i should try and purge everything related to the game but my saves and reinstall since even verifying my files on steam didn't help. I have had the game unstable for a very long time, much longer than my friend that doesn't have issues

Yup yup I take a look at your save file and I can get into Savannah just fine, this flower right? 😮

yep, so annoying because my friend goes through it just fine, and it doesn't seem to be a hardware issue because I can right/left click when the option is present in every other part of the game

complete wipe of all files and reinstalling seemed to have fixed the problem, thanks for looking into this and sorry for bothering you with something just on my end
