Stuck holding Rafflesia

got stuck holding a rafflesia, couldn't interact with anything and walked really slowly, "fixed" it by passing out, waking up still holding the rafflesia, quitting the game, and reloading into the game
Reproduction Steps: find a rafflesia, press and hold x, get stuck holding rafflesia
Repro Rate: only one time, have tried to repro but cannot
Game Platform: steam (steam deck)
Game Version: 1.2b-1246
Input Mode: controller (steam deck)
additional note: i have gotten the blueish-white triangle ahead of my farmer while holding a tool but i was able to use my tool to get out of it if i remember correctly (not sure what that triangle thing indicates)

Also, if you try the same steps again with the Rafflesia flower or another item, does the issue still happen?

is this enough for the settings?

the only thing i changed was binding the L4 to screenshot the rest is default

(i have to go to sleep now so if you need anything else i will have to answer tomorrow)

For further checking, could you let us know which graphics preset you’re using (Low, Medium, High, or Custom)?

If possible, a screenshot of your display settings would be really helpful as well
