Karen cutscenes still not triggering?

I saw that this was patched in a recent hotfix, and my game is up to date, yet I still haven't seen the cutscenes. The save might have been made a couple of days before the hotfix so I am unsure if that is why.

I am currently mid fall of year one, and I think town rank C

open the town rank page and loom up how many points does your overall town rank has. It should be something like 200 out of 600
