Eva face texture is missing!

Started happens around mid winter first year after I asked her out and has been like this for almost everyday. The face texture appears in cutscene events & hangout events almost correctly, the eyebrows appear & disappear randomly. My guess, broken LOD, draw distance, culling or something like that.

Also, if you’re playing on Xbox Series S, there are some adjustments made to the graphics to help balance overall performance.

I'm playing on PC/ Steam. And I'm playing with Epic preset. I'm also using DSR to play on 1440p and locked fps at 100, the game feels smooth and fine but after the hotfix I did notice the LOD feels kinda strange. Like the flowers on the bushes disappear when I approach them and reappear when I go away.

Does it seem like the issue only happens with Eva, or have you noticed it with any other townies too? Also, have you tried verifying your file integrity to see if that helps fix it? 😲

To verify your file integrity, please follow these steps:
Go to your Steam Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Installed Files > Verify Integrity of Game Files.

So far I haven't noticed this happens to any other townies. I have tried to verify twice and reinstall the game once on a different drive but the problem persists.

You can retrieve them by copy-pasting the following file path into your Windows Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames then compress the SaveGames folder into a ZIP file before sending it here

Could you let us know when you first noticed this issue happening with Eva, including the in-game date?

I couldn't remember the exact day, but I remember it was the day that I finished her 8 hearts event and then give her the locket. Her face got bugged immediately after that. I could say that the face bug happened just about a week before the day in the safe file because I remember it has not been that long since I gave Eva the locket. The face bug is quite distracting so I haven't progress much since that.

So I have progress until Spring of Year 2 and it seems that Eva face has gone back to normal. I also don't notice any of her seasonal outfits has this problem except her winter outfit. When I went back on an old save I also noticed that her hair strand on winter outfit also seemed to have clipping issues with her face. Maybe it has something to do with her winter model.
