Coral island is restarting my pc within a hour of game. Screen will freeze and my pc will reboot. Does not happen with any other game. Crashed in both single and coop.

I JUST got this set up on the 9th of Jan of this year. I have 8 gigs of RAM (not a lot but a bunch of other games run fine) A ARC Intel B580 with 12gigs of VRAM, a Ryzen 5 7800X3D.

I got this game a week ago and I really want to play it I have 22 hours on the game

@limber quartz hi, not a dev. But it seems like you have only 8 gb of RAM while game requires 16gb.
Have you tried lowering the graphics on your PC to see if it helps?
Or updating your drivers?

drivers are up to date, will try to lower graphics tomorrow

i read that this happens to a fair bit of ppl, or just regular crashing.

Hello there @limber quartz So sorry to hear you’re running into this issue—we totally get how frustrating it is to have your game disrupted and lose progress 😞 And thanks so much @candid hedge for your help!

Could you let us know if the game is still crashing on your end? Also, could you let us know whether you're playing from Steam or Xbox PC? Thanks a lot!

nope

#

not so far

#

it seems that all the highest graphics presets cause it, even though my pc can easily handle the load

#

my GPU is fairly new and Intel is new to the GPU scene, so most games I feel like, 1. dont support it, or 2.just is not implement it as commonly as Nvidia or AMD

Thanks for your detail! 😊

From the reports we’ve been reviewing, we’re seeing similar issues with players using Intel Arc GPUs, like yours. We’re trying to see if it could be related to that. I’ll pass all the info you’ve provided to the team, and I’ll get back to you if we need anything else. Really appreciate your help! 🙌
