Tool duplication via "Find My Tool" and fishing rod upgrade not applied

Reproduction Steps:

1. I had tools stored in a chest.
2. I used the "Find My Tool" option at the bed.
3. The tool appeared in my inventory but it did not disappear from the chest.
4. This created duplicate tools.
5. Later I upgraded my fishing pole at the blacksmith.
6. I received the message that the fishing pole was upgraded to Bronze.
7. However both fishing poles are still the beginner version.

Repro Rate:
Every time when using "Find My Tool".

Game Platform:
PlayStation 5

Game Version:
v1.2b-1245

Hello @median yarrow Thanks for reaching out! Does the duplicate issue happen every time you use that feature, or only sometimes? Also, can you check again if you upgraded the fishing pole in the blacksmith or any other tools? And have you looked in the beach sack too?

From what I remember, the duplication happens every time I use the “Find My Tool” feature, but I will test it again tomorrow to confirm.

I upgraded the fishing pole at the Beach Shack (the fishing shop). I received the message that the rod was upgraded to Bronze, but both fishing poles in my inventory still show the beginner description.

After that I stopped upgrading other tools because I was worried about wasting resources again.

I will also check the beach sack tomorrow to see if the upgraded rod might be there.

Hi! Quick update:
I checked the Beach Sack and the upgraded fishing pole was there. So the upgrade actually worked correctly.
Right now I have one Bronze fishing pole and two basic duplicate ones, which come from the "Find My Tools" feature.
The duplication still happens every time I use "Find My Tools" on the bed.
