Anyone know why this spot is blocked for me?

It's currently the only way forward. I didnt get a cutscene or anything when I activated the last thingy, I'm paranoid this is bugged so I want to make sure before I go any further.

Alsobchecked my quests and as far as ocean stuff goes it still just says Heal the Coral Tree

Check if you activated all towers in previous zone. You can do that by zooming out the map
