Other player unable to participate in event cut scenes

• Reproduction Steps: Playing through any festival event after Harvest Festival year 1
• Repro Rate: has happened every event after harvest festival year one (we are on winter year 2 I think day 7)
• In-Game Date & Time: it seems to happen whenever we have a festival event.
• Players & Platform: Host - Steam, P1 - XBox
• Game Version: 1.2b
• Input Mode: host - keyboard & Mouse, P1 - controller

Hello @oblique berry thanks for bringing this to our attention! If you could replicate the issue, could you record a video from both the Host's and Guest POV and send it here for further review?

I dunno if I could replicate it? It first happen when we played through year one harvest festival and went to submit items. The screen showed waiting for other player to complete cut scene from the host POV and the guest POV was just them being able to run around the festival as if the main event never started
