My farmer is married to Rafael (I have 12 hearts with him) and I have 10 hearts with several other NPCs.
I just got asked on a date with one of the NPCs I have 10 hearts with? Is this how the system is supposed to work or is this a bug I need to report?

I don't think so? I haven't been on the date yet, just got the message inviting me to the date for the next day. I don't have anything saying there is an event for this NPC in the relationship tab.

Which NPC is it? I think a couple NPC heart events are them basically asking if you're romantically interested in them.

that is his level 10 heart event. I didn't think those would show up after you were married to someone else, but to be honest, how it works has changed so many times I can't keep it straight anymore

Yeah according to the screenshot Vix usually has on hand you shouldn't be able to trigger another character's 10 heart event. Does it actually occur when you go the designated place and time?

I haven't done that yet. I got the message and immediately went here cause I didn't think it was possible
I'm just confused because the relationship page doesn't list a new event or hangout available for Wakuu
I honestly play this game on and off so I can't remember how many hearts I already had with Wakuu when I got married to Rafael

Likely you met the requirements for the heart event before you got married somehow
Did you date Wakuu before marrying Rafael?

Maybe? I think I gave lockets to 4 different NPCs and then married Rafael
Again, I play this game on and off, so if I did, that was probably over a year ago 😅

Yeah it’s likely a bug or just a piece of coding the devs forgot to remove that made it so you received the letter despite the fact you likely can’t actually trigger the heart event.

Update: Wakuu was where he said he would be. Just made a comment about the stars and asked for a hug. No dialogue about a dating
