I'm about to start trying for these achievements and was wondering do the underwater crops count to You Name It We Sell It (ship all crops) and do the underwater animal products count to Operation Trophy Rancher (ship all animal products)? The wiki seems to say they don't, but it could be out of date so I wanted to double check.
Thanks for the help! And apologies if this is a question that is asked frequently, I just couldn't find the answer.

When I did the achievement I sold everything at once (which included the underwater crops). There's a handy hint on the items required for the achievement that says "shipped". As far as I know its all the items in the journal.
Also the wiki is out of date so maybe try https://coral.guide/ (the website - NOT the app)

i know it definitely counts for legendary farmer, just trying to figure out for the individual achievements
