Unable to change keybindings

I don't know if it's the right place for this issue but I don't know where to ask.

Reproduction Steps:
I’m playing with keyboard and mouse, and I’m unable to save any control settings.
When I try to change a keybinding in the Controls menu, the game tells me to press E to apply (as shown on my screen).
However, pressing E does nothing — the settings do not save.
When I exit the settings menu, the game asks:
“Do you want to leave without saving?”
But since the Apply button doesn’t work, it is impossible to save any changes.
This happens every time, no matter which keybinding I try to modify.

Repro Rate:

Just to check, if you restore the settings to default and then try changing the keybind again, does the issue still happen?
