Title/Description: Colour blind mode flickers during cut scenes, sometimes rapidly, oftentimes during camera pans or the time between dialogue. Occasionally it will flicker doing other actions (though it's inconsistent such as consuming items).
**Reproduction Steps **: Have two different colour settings between host and player.
Repro Rate: Every single time there's a cutscene, occasionally while consuming an item as well.

Host doesnt have any filters on, but I have a strength 5 colour blind filter on.
