I have cleaned and cleaned and cleaned the ocean and I cannot find the solar orb for this altar at the very top right next to where I am.
I've been hunting it for 10 in game days. Day 1 was the day I cleaned that area and even after the trash reset, I still can't find it!

I’m stuck in this exact place - also on Xbox. I’ve waited two weeks in game days for trash reset and uninstalled and reinstalled. I can’t progress ocean. Was there a resolution for this?
