After the skill rarity upgrade patch, there seems to be a bug where a skill’s cooldown can be reduced below 0 seconds.
Fortunately, this appears to be a visual/display issue only. The skill does not become permanently inactive after one use, nor does it trigger infinitely with no cooldown. It seems to still operate with an internal minimum cooldown.
However, the cooldown value being displayed below 0 seconds is clearly incorrect and may cause confusion.
