I looked for a report on this and didn't find one here. There is a significant difference in Regen rate for stamina depending on FPS.
On the Steam Deck I can't seem to get my FPS to run high enough to match my PC performance. This means that in the second year, I can easily win the Balap Karung during the Cherry Blossom festival on the PC, but I can't win first on the Steam Deck.
Since stamina regen is tied to FPS, this probably affects other things in the game too. I usually play on the PC but it would be nice to be able to play on the Steam Deck without affecting my game play.
