Frozen when attacking in mines

PS5 -- Happened twice so far, on different days. When attacking, get frozen in animation, no pause menu, no inventory selection to switch tools, only button that works is Triangle to open inventory. Only fix found is wait for mons to kill me to exit mines, then wait for day to end for a save. Next day starts, still frozen in animation but at least can freely move around house. A game restart fixes it afterward though
