Warehouse design mode eats item

When using design mode in a warehouse I removed an auto chest back to item storage and it just disappeared. It wasn’t on item storage or in my inventory.

Every bit of the information helps the developers out in fixing the issue! Please note that the use of mods or any type of file alteration will result in the developers not being able to assist you!

@patent mist we had 2 players in the session, let me give some more details based on the template I was posting from my phone before I forgot anything.

Reproduction Steps: Go into design mode in the storage warehouse area, pick up an item using design mode as a joining player not as a host. Delete the item, using right bumper on the controller to send to item storage.
Repro Rate: I can reproduce this everytime. What I didn't do is check with the host to see if it was in their items.
In-Game Date & Time: Unsure tried twice at different times.
Players & Platform: 2 players, I am joining from the steam deck to a hosted PC
Game Version: Current steam live ver, sorry having a hard time finding that
Input Mode: Controller
