My game is frozen and crashed as I was leaving Sam's store.

When the crash happened, did an Unreal Engine window pop up, or did the game just freeze and then force close? Also, if possible, could you share your device specs as well (CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.)?
