#Game Lagging in Shipping Bin and Furniture Store

My game lags whenever I use the shipping bin (normal farm, or underwater farm), and the Furniture Store. I have played since early access and always found the shipping bin a little laggy on the various saves I have been it seems to have gotten worse but is still useable. The Furniture store however is so slow have I click on anything in it that it is almost unusable. It seems to be worse in the category view than the room view. It is also a little laggy when interacting with it through the online shop but not nearly as bad. Unfortunately the online shop doesn't let you filter the items by category so it is harder to find the items you are looking for.

  • Game Version: v1.2b-1245
  • Input Mode: mouse and keyboard
  • Save file attached
  • Two videos attached. One showing the speed at which I can input and take items out of both shipping bins, then comparing it to interacting with a chest. Second showing interacting with the furniture store, clicking on items, using keyboard shortcuts to sort, each time wiggly my mouse so you can see how long the game freezes before it lets me interact again.

And sorry to hear about the lag issues you experience, that definitely sounds uncomfortable, especially if it’s affecting every interaction Llama_Sad_Emoji

If you don’t mind, could you also share your device specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.) and a screenshot of your in-game display settings? This will really help the team narrow things down while we investigate.

Thanks for the quick reply. My PC specs are:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
GPU - Nvidia GTX 3060 (driver up to date)
RAM - 32 GB DR4
Disk - SSD 1TB m.2 nvme
I have tried with the quality preset on low and it still lags. I have also individually changing all options under the normal video settings, plus Anti-Aliasing and Temporal Upsampling, and it still lags.

In the video, we noticed your inventory was pretty full when you opened the shipping bin, does the lag still happen if you only have a few items in your inventory? That could help us narrow things down. Also, just to confirm, is the Furniture Store the only store affected? 😮

It seems to be worse with the shipping bin if I have more in my inventory or more in the bin already. And the furniture store is the only store affected, the indoor furniture sections seems to be worse than the outdoor furniture section. And I also noted there is a bit of lag when I select the furniture section on the online shopping of the computer, although once it has loaded in all the items it seems to be ok.
