you're going to have to move your prize winners to a new barn and treat them poorly to get their mood down, and then wait for them to give you small versions

Yes but that would be not feeding them I feel like whereas this makes them in a bad mood because they don’t have the cushy barns lol

you have to still feed them or they don't give the milk at all. you just have to not make them happy, to lower their mood

the only other way to get it is to try to win the compititions with animals still producing small products, but that's going to be really difficult
