#Memory leak after playing for about 2 - 3 hours

Hey y'all, loving the game so far, just wondering if there is a fix for the memory leak going on.

I have it about after 2 - 3 hours of playtime, my frames steadily decrease until I restart the game, at which point they are back up at their normal 60 FPS

Could you let us know what platform you’re playing on? If you’re on PC, could you also share your device specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.)? Thanks so much for the help! 🙏

Hey Dinda, certainly, I shouldve mentioned this from the get go 😄

I play on a PC with the following specs:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900 12-Core
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
  • RAM: 64GB DDR 5
  • MB: ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-E Gaming WiFi
  • HDD: 1x 2TB HDD and 1x 4TB HDD (Coral Island is installed on the second one)
  • SSD: 1x 512GB SSD (Which is the Windows Drive) and 1x 2TB SSD

Hope that's everything you need, if not please let me know, I'll be happy to share more ^^

You are most welcome 😄 I haven't stress tested it so far but I have noticed dips to as low as 23 FPS, I usually play Coral Island with 60 FPS. If needed, I can test it further and see if it goes lower than 23 FPS 🙂
Certainly! I have attached the desired screenshot to this message 🙂 I usually played with Windowed Borderless but switched to Fullscreen ever since noticing the issue, which didn't bring any changes though. I also tried lowering my Quality Preset while the Leak occured, that didn't change anything either.

You can just attach this thread to the new report. And if you’re able to, we’d really appreciate it if you could share a video when the memory leak happens, with the FPS counter on so we can see how far it drops, and Task Manager open to check how much RAM is being used.
