Reporting for my roommate who is currently playing on the Xbox Series S (since they do not have a Discord).
On one of her save files, her greenhouse has been bugged to where the trees do not appear and when she tries to place other crops or new trees, all the tiles appear red and it won’t let her. Her main account however is okay and does not have that issue

Thanks again for the update — it helped us spot something we wanted to double-check
Could you let us know if your friend is planting outside the farmable area inside the greenhouse? In the video, we noticed two trees placed slightly outside that area.
If possible, could you also ask your friend to try not running while planting and place the trees slowly instead? That can help make sure they’re positioned correctly.
