I'm probably gonna look like an idiot but i rather have what i need and look like an idiot than not. Where can u find sea lettuce? I am searching the place for it according to the wiki but still can't find it

Sea lettuce can be found at 40m depths, specifically Yoga Retreat Zone & Zone 3.

Underwater forage works the same way as land - meaning it respawns weekly, unless you clear it every day.
If you have a computer with forage chip you can check out where the certain forage is currently
