#DIY Expert achievement not popping up

I've crafted all the items in the crafting tab, but the DIY Expert achievement isn't unlocking. According to the Journal tab, everything is crafted, and I've crafted everything that doesn't appear in the journal tab but appears in the crafting tab again, but it still doesn't show up.
