I was placing a rug down in my co-op world and it crashed. This happened previously while i was using a scythe to clear cotton crops in the winter.

  • This is happening at least 2-5 times a play through with my partner. We are not over wifi we are connected directly through ethernet and sit next to eachother. There is zero patern this is happening randomly.
    -It was Winter day 18 i think? And around 4pm in game.
    -It was PC with my partner and I.
    -Game version v1.2b-1245
    -On keyboard
    -PC SPECS:
    Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz (2.59 GHz)
    Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)
    System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Update from the crash date: so basically i farmed tree fruit, put some in my chests in the house, the game crashed shortly after me placing a rug and when i logged BACK on the only thing that saved was what i put in the inventory in my home which has never happened

It happened again. This time it was the exact same day but i was in the farm view. All i did was hit escape to get out of the full farm view and it crashed...

Hello @nova plume Thank you for the report.

By any chance, are you playing as the host or as a guest?

Since the two crash logs are different, for the first crash log, did the issue happen randomly?

For the second one, if you’re able to replicate the issue while using Farm View, could you please record a video and send it to us?

It happened again. I was in the farm view and my parner went to sleep, ending the day... I stopped recording because for an entire hour no crash occurred.. deff a mistake lol i'm not gonna stop rec this time. Man i really hoped it fixed itself...

I haven't played since yesterday we're gonna try it this week. I can't do it from my partners POV because his computer cannot handle recording and playing. That's another reason why it's so weird- I crash with better specs than him but he plays for hours single player when i'm sleeping/at work and doesn't crash haha. We're workin on it i haven't forgot 😄

also it looks like ther IS a patern. If i try to use farm view in any capacity in MP it looks like there's a risk for a crash..

We noticed we’ve received similar crash reports related to Decor Mode.

Could you help us with a bit more detail about what you were doing while in Decor Mode?

  • Were you moving furniture, rotating items, or placing new furniture?
  • Does this occur for host only, guest only, or both when using Decor Mode?

This info will really help us narrow down what’s causing the crash.
