I tried making a video but it doesn't really display the error tbh. I've tried playing on lower settings, even the lowest, but the stutter persists.
My specs are
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: RTX 4060 8GB
RAM: 2x8GB 3200MHz G.Skill
Mobo: ASUS ROG Strix B550F Gaming Wifi 2.
My settings are on the High preset now, I play at 1440p, I tried 1080p but that doesnt work either. The stuttering will -not- go away.
I play games like FFXIV, The Witcher 3 too and those dont stutter.
This ''kinda'' shows what is wrong if you look at how the game behaves frame wise (no it's not framepacing, its stutters), its recorded in 30fps so you wont see my full FPS but I usually play at 75fps since I have a 75hz monitor. And when my game doesn't stutter, it's pretty much smooth so my PC can handle it.
I think you should pay close attention to around the 0:40 mark

If the issue happens again, could you please record another one that includes the FPS (frames per second) counter?
You can enable this in Steam by going to Steam > Settings > In-Game, then choosing your preferred position from the In-game FPS **counter **dropdown. For better visibility, you can also enable the High contrast color option.

side info, it seems to get worse after villager events ( at least the one with Emily, where she tells you she wants preserve some butterflies, made it worse) and i can literally hear the stuttering in my console fans

Hello @stuck nova, we just want to follow up on a bit more info: you mentioned the stutter happens after switching to 1920×1080 resolution, if you keep that resolution but set the FPS limit to 60 or 120, with the Quality preset on High or Ultra, does the stutter still happen? 😮

This issue definitely hasn’t been abandoned. We’ve already relayed it to the team and they’re still looking into it.

At my home/farm it seems slightly less but still.happens sporadically.
It just becomes very bad like my description when I walk to other places, the town, the beach, the forests etc.

Nah the stutter will stay sadly if I stay somewhere else than my farm
