taking the moon stinger mutation makes it so the simple geometry returning projectiles stop working. effectively making it useless.

it seems the projectile is invisible, i tried attacking air, then dash towards an enemy to see if the return would do anything. they take dmg but there is no projectile so prob just a visual bug
