Hey so… i can’t progress underwater cause i cant reach this, is there anything i can do??

If you can't get it from any angle, you can try restarting the day to see if it pops up somewhere else, or waiting a week or two for the trash to reform and again hoping it pops up somewhere else

It can't hurt posting it in the bug channel. The devs have reworked them so they aren't supposed to be behind stuff or in unreachable places like this, but bugs do still happen sometimes
