hi, it’s Dec 31st, 2025 and I am still consistently having issues connecting to co op servers. It’s a constant battle of closing and reopening the game and restarting my Xbox entirely to work. So many times me and my friend have gotten through a day just for the server to crash and us to have to completely restart the day. This has happened so many times I don’t have specific dates, though it crashed mid day at least 3 times last night, Dec 30th around 10-12pm. Please please fix the co op servers:((

Hi @median totem , we're sorry to hear that you've encountered this issue. Could you let us know if the crash happened to the Host or Guest? And could you confirm if the crash happened after consecutive hours of gameplay or immediately after logging in?

Hi, thank you for getting back to me! It happened to the host, whenever hosts game crashes the game crashes for everyone. I tend not to notice as much when guest crashes are because they just come back on the server and no progress is lost. When I’m playing solo, I’ve noticed that I tend to crash after mixing a lot of underwater seeds. If not, crashes happen randomly; that evening where it crashed 4x between 10pm-12am we started playing around 8 or 9pm, so after maybe an hour or 2 of gameplay.

We were trying to make major changes on our farm using the architect desk that night, and found that if we tried to do it at the same time, at some point the game would crash so we took turns, and it was slightly better. Also mixing ingredients to create underwater seeds was also causing crashes it seemed.

Hey @median totem I'm also part of the team and I'm here to follow up on the issue! Could you let us know which platform are the Host and Guest playing from (Steam PC/Deck, Xbox PC/S/X, PlayStation 5)?

So the crash happens when both of you are using the Architect Desk at the same time. Could you please send us a POV video when the issue happens? A phone recording is totally fine.

And about the crash when creating underwater seeds, could you describe that part in a bit more detail? If you also have a video of that, it would be very helpful too. Thanks!approve2

Thank you so much for your help! We are both playing from Xbox, and unfortunately I don’t have any pictures or videos but next time I play with my friend I will have us try to use the architect desk at the same time and see if it happens again and I’ll record as we do!

Oftentimes it’s also completely random but it does feel like there are some common themes like mixing a bunch of seeds at once or traveling via fast travel that have also caused even my solo game to crash a couple of times now. So I will try to record it and get back to you once I do! Again thanks so much, and despite the occasional crash I am still so obsessed with this game:) you all have done such an amazing job!
