  • I’m having issues with really bad graphics on Xbox series S. It has been like this since I bought it a couple weeks ago.
  • Game Platform Xbox Series S
  • Game Version v1.2b - 1245
  • Input Mode controller on console

I’m gonna attach a video and image of the graphics. It’s really sad to pay for the game and then having these issues. I love decoration and fashion stuff but it’s no point if the game looks like this.

Is there any plans on fixing this? I’ve read a lot of threads about this that was months ago, so I’m getting a little worried that it’s not going to be fixed at all.

The lower-resolution textures you’re seeing on Xbox Series S are the result of platform-specific optimizations. These were introduced to help reduce frequent crashes caused by memory limitations and to provide a more stable gameplay experience overall on this console.

We know this isn’t ideal, and while we don’t have any confirmed plans for changes at the moment, your feedback has been noted and shared with the team for consideration as we continue working on improvements.
