I spoke with Rafael in the shop for the level 8 event about the hammer but it’s not letting me do anything after that. I tried again the next day but it’s not giving me an option to do anything, but I can’t give him the locket cause I’m “ missing requirements “. I’m not sure what to do.

I am not sure what hang out even 8 is as it’s not showing in the corner that’s in the picture
Is the event where they talk about the hammer and it never stop talking? Because I have done it, but nothing happens after that. Am I suppose to get him to level 10 heart before I can do anything else?

as stated in the picture i provided you must "ask" him to go hang out. you get 2 hang outs a week. a hang out is where you choose a spot to go to. please read the purple font under Hangout Events

Hello @hasty totem, yes based on the image you shared, it's Rafayel’s hangout event not a heart event. All you need to do is ask him to go on a date, and it should trigger a short mini cutscene that counts as the 8 hangout events. Please let us know how it goes!
