While playing the game, I noticed some small issues in the German localization.
For example, when playing a female character, you are still often referred to as male in letters or dialogues. There are also a few words that are incorrectly translated, misspelled, or completely missing from sentences. In some dialogue lines, a word was not translated into German at all and is still shown in English. Another thing I noticed is that NPCs sometimes address you formally at first and then suddenly switch to informal speech in the next line.
These are only minor language issues and they don’t really affect or hinder the gameplay itself. Over time, however, they can become a bit distracting, even though you eventually get used to them.
