Game says its offline in MP mode/ PC

Repro Rate: Started about 5 days ago
Was fine day before, no changes, then this.
Players & Platform: 2 Both PC win 11
Game Version: both v1.2b-1245
Input Mode: Keyboard & Mouse

Hi @vernal crag , thank you for reaching out to us! Could you please check to see if have been playing in Offline mode? If so, could you try switching to Online mode and see if the issue still persists?

You can enable Online mode on Steam by going to the Steam icon on the top left corner of the app > Go Online 🙌

I am on online mode. no change on coral island. and no issues in other co-op games.

Oh I see, could you let us know what you were doing in the gameplay before the issue occurred? And once you clicked sign in, were you still unable to log into the Co-Op session at all? 🤔

It didn't start while playing, it was between sessions so I had closed the game for the night and in the next afternoon it started saying offline. When I click sign-in it just returns me to the main menu or the same screen again.

Thank you for your clarification! When the issue happened, could you recall how many in-game days had it been since you started the session? And during that time, did you ever get disconnected from your internet?

that session before was probably a good 10/15 in game days / we're in year 2 about to be summer. I don't believe my internet went out while the game was open but I did lose internet connection a couple of times since / when the game was closed.

Thanks for your confirmation! Does it say offline for both the Host and Guest? Or does the issue only happen to one of the players?
