NPC sleeping outside the Inn

I'm playing with a friend, and I'm am the GUEST player.

Yes, some NPC were sleeping outside the Inn. Going inside, their beds were empty.
They were outside, laying down, but you could still speak to them.
It happened only once. It was the day I used a weather conch to change the weather to stormy. Is it why the description say that its power comes at a cost?

That aside, could you let us know what you were doing before approaching the location? Did you go there using fast travel or were you on foot?

If I remember correctly, as the guest player I used the fast travel to the beach (near the villa), then run to the east towards the inn. The day before, I changed the weather using the conch to make it stormy to spawn our last missing insects

I see 🤔 Could you recall the in-game time when you used the weather conch on the previous day and what you were doing before using the fast travel on the day the issue happened?

Sorry, I don't remember much... I don't remember what I was doing, and I used the weather conch during daytime. It may not even be related.
We may also have started the ramen shop construction the day prior, hence why Valentina was excited. Or it could have been two day before

This is probably a very rare bug, and you may not need to look too hard to solve it. It doesn't break anything and it's mainly funny.
