Ranch animal disappear abruptly

Hello,
I'm playing with a friend, and I'm am the GUEST player.

Sometimes, the ranch animal disappear. You can still interact with them (pet, check, put or remove costume, milk or equivalent).
It happens both on land, inside a coop or outside on the farm, and under the sea.

I don't know what causes it. Maybe too many entities at once?
It happens almost daily in the underwater barn, but very rarely inside a coop or in the farm.

The animals can be invisible upon entering, can reappear later then disappear again.
I have more video footage if needed

Hi @dense phoenix , thank you for reaching out to us! It appears that they disappear inside the farm building, could you confirm if they seem to reappear once you let them out of the coop/barn/underwater barn? 🤔

I have the exact same problem, and i can confirm that they don't reappear. You have to log out / log in to see them

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that you're also encountering similar issue 🙇‍♂️ Could you let us know if the issue happens after several hours of gameplay or if it happens randomly and could happen soon after logging into the game?

It happens randomly. I can have game without the bug, and sometimes i have the bug right after logging. it can also dissapear after sleeping. If i can't see my animal, i have 80% chance that i can't pick up things from the (underwater)grounds also. Animals product, shells..
