Hi Team, its second time we got this crash, it happened when we start the beach cleanup after played the mini games on the event could you please check it asap

we're using STEAM PC
my friend using Windows 10
and my OS is Windows 11

Could both of you try to verify the integrity of the game files on Steam? Then let us know if the crash still happens

Additionally, could you please share files from the host below by copy-pasting the file path to the File Explorer?

SaveGames folder:

(please zip the whole folder)

Crash log:

(the latest .xml file)

Additionally, have you had a chance to verify the game files via Steam since this issue started? If so, please let us know whether that made any difference.

  • Crash when redecorating farm: Could you let us know if you were using the Decor Mode or Architect Desk when you were redecorating the farm and could you recall which decoration did you move that night?
  • Crash during festival: Could you provide more details on what you were doing in the festival? Did you play any mini games before the crash occurred?

If the game did crash on another festival, could you please specify which festival it was? Did the crash happen to the Host again, or did it happen to the Guest this time?

At the moment, we’re still gathering information to understand why this is happening, and we really appreciate you sending the crash logs and save files earlier. They’re super helpful for us when checking the code and looking for similar cases.

To avoid going back and forth, here’s a complete list of everything we need in one go. The reason we’re asking for these details is so we can fully reproduce the issue on our side, as that’s the only way the team can identify what’s causing the crash and work toward a fix.

What we need is a detailed breakdown of what you and your friend were doing before and during the festival, starting from when your characters wake up. To make it easier, here are the questions in one place:

  1. What were you and your friend doing from waking up until joining the festival?
  2. You mentioned the crash happens in multiple festivals, not just Beach Cleanup or Harvest Festival. Could you confirm which other festivals also cause this?
  3. If you played any minigames, which ones were they? Did you and your friend play them at the same time?
  4. Which townies did you talk to, if any?
  5. Did you interact with any shops (buying items or just browsing)?

We really appreciate you taking the time to help us with this. While the dev team is currently on a holiday break, support is still collecting all reports so everything can be investigated as soon as they’re back.

  1. first we just harvest and collect the milk, egg and wool on the farm then we join the event on the event we try all of the mini games and then we start the main event and the pop up crash comes up

second time we try again wake up in the morning then we wait the time until the event started. so we join the event then directly start the main event without play the minigames but still the pop up of crash still comes up

  1. we only remember beach clean up, Harvest Festival for fall event we try it and its working fine

  2. sorry dont remember about this one but most of all we try all of the mini games on each event

  3. we dont talk to the townies we just play the mini games and start the main event

  4. some event have shops in it, we try to buy the scarecrow during the event
