I'm playing with a friend, and I'm NOT the host.
This "bug" is the same for the host and the guest.
Upon finishing the recreation center project, Raina will become its manager and stay at the inn. Unfortunately, she doesn't become dateable and I cry her description isn't updated in the extras.
