Pablo showed up to give me the furnace blueprint, but I haven't unlocked the caves yet?

He told me he was here because I opened the Earth shaft and started mining, but I've not even had the cutscene with Mark to tell me the mines are open yet. Not sure why he's here? I think I did dig up a copper ore when I hit a clover, could that have been the trigger? Not sure if this is a bug or not, please let me know 🙏

as far as i know every time i got copper before the caves i got the furnace as well

Hello again @brisk stirrup Do you remember around what in-game time you dug up the clover and got the ore, before the cutscene with Pablo?

Unfortunately no, I had just loaded my save up to start playing when I got the cutscene with Pablo

There is a low chance that regular stone contain ore and thus lets this get triggered.

I know that it was very early spring, before Mark came to tell me the caverns were even open, but I can't recall the exact date. I hadn't met Mark or Kira yet because they were still cleaning the caverns out.
