My mission doesn't want to be completed, I have all 75 opnium crops for this quest, but it simply doesn't count towards completing the mission.

Hello @cedar kelp thank you for reaching out to us! Could you let us know which platform you're playing from (Steam PC/Deck, Xbox PC/S/X, PlayStation 5) and your current game version?
And for the Starlet Expedition, have you tried giving the quest item to Cho Oyu yet?
At that point, you should see a prompt to “give quest item” in order to complete the quest.
Could you please try that and let us know if the issue still persists?
