During Nina's 6(?) heart event at the library 7-16 I get a sudden quick flash of barely half a second where, I think, it flashes to the library when not in a cutscene.
It happens as Nina smacks the papers out of Millie's hands.
(If it's supposed to flash at the slap then the flash needs to be toned down heavily)
- Walk into the Library between 7-16.
- Repeatable with the use of Tablet of Memories
