Dog constantly barking

Not sure if a bug or not! BUT, today is the first day I've played since the new update. And my dog won't stop barking! It's really rather annoying if I'm being honest. Used to they were quiet and nice. And it isn't just a bark a minute or something. It's like a bark every 3 seconds!! That gets old! I feel it barks more outside than inside, but still an issue inside as well. I believe its the Austrailian Shepherd if that matters.

It'd really be nice if there were a setting or something that would quieten them. As it is right now I'd just assume get rid of the dog then listen to all the barking!

Yes! Me and my wife play this wonderful game very frequently 🙂 I've actually never played in singleplayer before

• Who is the host and who is the guest in your session?
• Are both of you playing on Steam?
• And did both of you adopt a dog in this save?

-I am the host, my wife the guest
-Both playing on steam!
-And I am the only one to adopt a dog. In fact, that dog was meant for my wife 😅 Early on, we didn't know it was only the host that could have a dog. I'd love to be able to transfer ownership of it over to her. She just got a cat today though! But that was after experiencing the dog barking so much

To look into this further, could you please share the host’s SaveGames folder here?
You can find it by copy-pasting this file path to the File Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames

You can compress the folder to a zip file before attaching it here.

And if you have a moment to play again, could you also send us a short video showing the constant barking?
Seeing it in action will really help the team identify what’s going on.

I tried compressing it a couple times and couldn't figure it out. These 4 files were what was in my save! Hopefully you can see it just fine this way!

I’ve checked the video and just wanted to confirm — did the barking only happen at those specific in-game times (around 10 AM and 9 PM), or was your dog barking continuously throughout the day whenever you were on the farm and near the dog? 😮

Yes, it happens any time when near the dog. Both indoors or outdoors. Any time of day. I thought at first that he was just trying to get my attention to pet him. But that doesn't seem to make him stop making so much noise. It can get frustrating!

I have noticed, that I feel my other dog in the video, the little Shih Tzu type dog, doesn't make nearly as much noise. I believe it is mainly coming from my other dog, the Austrailian Shepherd type of dog. Maybe that could be part of the bug, if it is one? And I apologize if this isn't a bug. I don't mean to be wasting anyone's time! Though if not a bug, than still an annoyance, at least subjectively to me.
