Deep sea wallpaper not usable

Deep sea wallpaper 2 - 10 aren't usable, it can't be used on both land & underwater farmhouse

I'm having this issue too in V1.2b-1245. Tried the purple Deep Sea wallpaper on both the farms and it just says "can't apply here". I've added my save in case you need it.
